This independent low budget zombie movie sets itself up as a contender to take on the big action Hollywood flicks and to be totally honest it actually does make a great effort. There are many zombie stories out there from all manner of different human perspectives; soldiers, survivors, sometimes even kids but this is the first zombie story I have heard told from a dogs point of view.  Quigley is a Hungarian Sheepdog and he lives with his human Gavin in the remote mountain village of Sparrowdale, Colorado. Out on their daily walk together everything is as it should be and Quigley is enjoying the fresh air, scent marking his favourite places and looking forward to pizza scraps from Gavin's girlfriend Jenna on their return home when Gavin is suddenly struck down mid-walk by a mysterious virus. They get there before the children arrive to set up as the place still needs some work doing plus the water well on site does not seem to be running at all. Ben Neilson (Adam Seybold) wakes up in the back of an ambulance, partially sighted due to a previous and unknown accident, he awakes with his eyes bandaged and is handcuffed to a stretcher. He manages to free himself but still has the stretchers handrail attached to his handcuff which actually comes in handy as he tries to figure out what is going on and starts to make his way around. Making it outside the ambulance, which has been abandoned in front of a cemetery, Ben gets attacked by a zombie paramedic. He manages to get away but has no idea what is going on.
